Key Requirements:
- Technical Skill Set:
- Full-stack development skills in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
- Basic understanding of Kubernetes, AWS, Docker, Kafka, and microservices.
- Preferred database experience in Neo4j and Postgres. If Neo4j experience is lacking, strong PL-SQL skills are acceptable with the expectation to learn Neo4j quickly.
- Domain Experience Flexibility:
- OSS domain experience is preferred, especially for senior candidates.
- Exceptional technical skills can compensate for limited domain knowledge.
- Hands-on experience is prioritized over design or managerial backgrounds.
