Role Overview Join Shiprocket's core engineering team to build scalable, high-performance backend systems using Golang. You'll workon distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native services powering large-scale commerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Build scalable, maintainable backend services in Golang
- Design low-latency, high-availability systems
- Develop REST and gRPC APIs
- Optimize performance and reliability
- Collaborate via code reviews and design discussions
- Mentor junior engineers (senior role)
Technical Skills
- 2+ years experience with Golang, Goroutines & Channels
- Strong DS & Algo and backend fundamentals
- SQL (Postgres/MySQL) & NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis)
- Microservices & messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git
- Cloud exposure: AWS / GCP / Azure
