OUR MISSION
We are looking for a Level 3 Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in backend development using Node.js and/or Python. The candidate should be comfortable working with databases, communicating with international clients, and contributing to cloud-based applications. Frontend exposure (React or similar) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and/or Python
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Build and integrate AI-powered features such as recommendation systems, chatbots, data processing pipelines, or LLM-based workflows
- Participate in system design discussions and code reviews
- Communicate with international clients to understand requirements and provide technical updates
- Contribute to cloud deployments and basic DevOps workflows (AWS / GCP / Azure is a plus)
- Collaborate with frontend developers (React experience is beneficial)
Requirements And Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in any one Node.js or Python
- Strong understanding of databases and data modeling
- Good communication skills for client interaction
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and Agile processes
NICE TO HAVE
- Frontend experience with React or similar frameworks
- CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
- Prior experience in technical leadership or solution architecture roles
