Job Description

We are looking for a Quadient Specialist to join our team and contribute to designing and maintaining customer communication management (CCM) processes using Quadient solutions. In this role, you will use tools like Quadient Inspire to assist in building document workflows, developing templates, and supporting multichannel communication based on business requirements.

As a Quadient Specialist, you will focus on creating templates, supporting communication workflows, and configuring solutions to align with key business needs. This role requires technical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and collaboration with a variety of teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and modify templates and simple workflows using Quadient Inspire tools (Designer, Content Manager, Interactive)
  • Support the automation of customer communication processes across multiple channels (print, email, SMS, and web)
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and support the creation of templates and workflows
  • Assist in integrating basic Quadient solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) using APIs
  • Test and troubleshoot templates and workflows to meet business and compliance requirements

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of general IT experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a Quadient Developer
  • Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire tools (e.g., Designer, Scaler, Content Manager)
  • Experience with template creation and basic multichannel output (PDF, email, print)
  • Basic understanding of scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, VBScript, or similar
  • Understanding of XML, JSON, and familiarity with working with relational databases (SQL)
  • Basic knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for integrating Quadient with business systems
  • Ability to interpret business requirements to support CCM process updates
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders
  • English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Inspire Academy certifications
  • Prior experience with customer communication management (CCM) platforms
  • Knowledge of related tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Camunda, or Bizagi)
  • Experience with integrating Quadient into robotic process automation (RPA) tools
