We are looking for a Quadient Specialist to join our team and play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing customer communication management (CCM) processes using Quadient solutions. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in tools like Quadient Inspire to build efficient document workflows, create templates, and ensure seamless multichannel communication tailored to business needs.
As a Quadient Specialist, you will work on developing dynamic templates, designing communication workflows, and configuring solutions aligned with business rules and goals. This requires a balance of technical skills, process-oriented thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain templates and workflows using Quadient Inspire tools (Designer, Content Manager, Interactive, and Scaler)
- Automate and optimize customer communication processes across multiple channels (print, email, SMS, and web)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into communication templates and workflows
- Integrate Quadient solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) and APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Test, debug, and improve templates, workflows, and document outputs to meet business and regulatory needs
Requirements
- 5-10 years of general IT experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Quadient Developer
- Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire tools (e.g., Designer, Scaler, Content Manager)
- Knowledge of document design, dynamic templates, and multichannel output (PDF, email, print)
- Basic understanding of scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, VBScript, or similar
- Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, CSV, and proficiency in working with relational databases (SQL)
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for integrating Quadient with enterprise systems or RPA solutions (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism)
- Ability to gather and interpret business requirements to design effective CCM workflows
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders
- English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Inspire Academy certifications
- Prior experience with customer communication management (CCM) platforms
- Knowledge of related tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Camunda, or Bizagi)
- Experience with integrating Quadient into robotic process automation (RPA) tools
