Demonstrable

Core responsibilities

1. Build and modify conversational flows across dialog, orchestration, and knowledge layers
2. RAG / knowledge-retrieval tuning
3. Own escalation logic: transfer conditions, routing destinations, context payload, and reason-code registration
4. Experience with LLM-driven conversation: prompt behavior, guardrail design, and awareness that models generate content nobody authored
5. Integrate backend systems through the established handler layer
6. Author automated tests — unit tests plus platform conversation-level test cases — and maintain the regression suite
7. Build and own CI/CD: validation, test execution, and gated promotion across environment tiers
8. Own deployment and rollback; act as first responder for production incidents
9. Independently diagnose and remediate defects to root cause, with a regression test accompanying every fix
10. Own configuration and feature-flag governance
11. Maintain design, test, and state documentation in alignment with running behavior
12. Reconcile inbound platform changes that originate outside version control, classifying behavioral versus cosmetic impact
