KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop IVR call flows using Genesys Cloud Architect

• Build conversational IVR solutions with natural language processing capabilities

• Implement voice prompts, menu structures, and intelligent call routing logic

• Develop conversational AI workflows using Genesys Cloud AI services

• Integrate with AWS Lambda functions for custom business logic implementation

• Build intent recognition and entity extraction capabilities

• Create REST API integrations for real-time data retrieval and updates

• Develop serverless functions using AWS Lambda and Azure Functions

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Genesys Cloud Platform (4+ years) - Architect, routing, integrations

• IVR Development - Call flow design and voice application development

• AWS Lambda - Serverless function development and deployment

• REST APIs - Integration development and consumption

• JavaScript/Node.js - Primary development language

• Python - Data processing and AI integrations

• JSON/XML - Data formats and configuration management
