About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Software Engineer with 3 years of hands-on experience to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, test, and maintain scalable software applications and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, QA, and senior engineers—to deliver high-quality code and improve our core platform. Key Responsibilities • Design & Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to build and enhance software features using modern programming languages and frameworks. • Software Lifecycle: Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), from requirement analysis and technical design to deployment and maintenance. • Testing & Debugging: Write unit/integration tests, troubleshoot production issues, perform code reviews, and resolve application bugs. • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps/Infrastructure) in an Agile/Scrum environment. • Performance & Scalability: Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize code and database queries. • Mentorship & Documentation: Assist and guide junior developers and maintain up-to-date technical documentation. Required Qualifications & Technical Skills • Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience. • Programming Languages: Proficiency in at least two core languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or C++). • Frontend / Backend / Full-Stack Tech Stack: • Experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, or Django).
