About The Role
We're looking for a passionate Software Engineer to help build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. You will work across both frontend and backend systems, contribute to cloud-native development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features using modern technologies.
What You'll Do
- Develop backend services using Python, Django, and Flask.
- Build interactive, responsive UIs using React, jQuery, HTML, CSS.
- Create dashboards and analytics using Superset.
- Work with Postgres and AWS Aurora for relational data modeling and performance.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS EKS (Kubernetes).
- Integrate AWS services like S3, ECS, SQS, and KMS for storage, messaging, and encryption.
- Implement search capabilities using Postgres queries and indexing.
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams.

What We're Looking For
- 25+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong Python skills with Django or Flask experience.
- Solid understanding of React and core frontend technologies.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL optimization.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services and containerized deployments.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
