Job Description

Design and develop Data Plane features for SDN targeted at large enterprise customers.
Debug and resolve software issues in high-performance, scalable deployments.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams (Control and Configuration planes) to ensure seamless integration.
Optimize SDN performance in distributed, cloud-based software architectures.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex networking problems including packet loss, memory leaks, system crashes, and scaling/performance issues.
Stay current with emerging networking technologies and adopt new software development tools.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
4+ years of experience in developing new features and fixing bugs on complex networking products.

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong network software design capabilities, systems programming, and debugging skills.
Proficiency in C/C++ programming.
Expertise in L2 (EVPN, VLAN, VXLAN) and L3 (eBGP, iBGP, MP-BGP, MPLS) networking protocols.
Experience with Kernel and DPDK Forwarding Plane, tunnels (MPLSoUDP, MPLSoGRE, VXLAN).
Familiarity with XMPP, BGP, iBGP, NetConf, and EBPF.
Understanding of enterprise cloud network architecture; Kubernetes deployment experience is a plus.
