About Us
We're Stimuler, an early-stage AI startup focused on transforming language learning. Our AI tutor provides real-time interaction, adapting to users speech inputs to build fluency faster. We're looking for a Founding Flutter Engineer to scale our core product.
Role & Impact
System Design & Architecture
- Design clean, modular Flutter codebases that can handle complex UI flows, offline states, and multi-language builds.
- Define and evolve state-management patterns (Provider and Bloc) that keep the app snappy at 10k+ concurrent sessions.
Feature Delivery & Performance
- Ship new AI-powered features end-to-end: prototypes animations production A/B tests.
- Profile, benchmark, and crush performance bottlenecks
DevOps & CI/CD
- Own the mobile release pipeline.
- Automate QA, crash reporting, and analytics instrumentation so we learn from every user interaction.
Collaboration & Mentoring
- Partner with backend, ML, and design to craft pixel-perfect, real-time user experiences.
- Level-up junior engineers through code reviews, architecture sessions, and pair programming.
What We're Looking For
Nice-to-Have 2-5 years building production Flutter and native mobile apps (Android/iOS).
- Strong system design
- Deep dive into performance tuning (Skia internals, profiling)
- Mastery of Dart, async programming, and state management (Provider / Bloc / Riverpod)
- Hands-on with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Functions, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging)
- Observability & instrumentation of mobile apps
- CI/CD, play-store / app-store release cycles
- Experience with testing at scale: golden tests, Widget tests, E2E with Patrol Habit of writing clean, testable, well-documented code
