Position Overview

Meserii is at a pivotal growth point. We are seeking a high-autonomy Software Engineer to join our founding team in developing a brand-new line of international SaaS products. This is not just a coding role; you will be a technical partner involved in the entire lifecycle of a productfrom the initial white board session to global launch and scaling.

You will be responsible for architecting and building MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) for new ideas, with the agility to learn new technologies as the project demands.

Job Responsibilities

1. Drive technical aspects of discussion with the founding team for new product/ service ideas

2. Feasibility testing and resource planning for MVP development Design and develop front end interfaces, underlying APIs, or backend systems across a number of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, PHP,Python, etc.

3. Lead discussions on managing external resources, including outsourcing non-core tasks and supervising specialised vendor workstreams.

4 Learn the required tools and skills for new product development, appropriate time and resources for training will be provided.

Work Experience Requirements

1. Experience with Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC) of full-stack projects with industry-wide impact

2. Experience in working effectively with senior engineers across organizations

3.Proven track record of delivering complex projects within a specified timeline

4. Experience in driving large cross-functional/industry-wide engineering efforts

5. Proficient with React/Vue/Angular and/or other similar modern JavaScript framework

6. Experience with multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, PHP, Node.js) and the ability to choose the right tool for the job.

Preferred Qualifications

1.Bachelor or advanced degrees in Computer Science or STEM fields

2. Selfstarter with the ability to identify and learn new tools as required for the project.

3. Highly motivated individual with demonstrated initiative, independence and adaptability
