Job Description

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain high-quality web applications
Take responsibility for end-to-end delivery including development, bug fixing, documentation, and ongoing maintenance
Own technical deliverables and ensure quality, completeness, and adherence to requirements
Work effectively within Agile teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams on design and implementation
Follow Agile development and project management methodologies throughout the development lifecycle
Plan project timelines, milestones, and deliverables and ensure adherence to schedules
Diagnose issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement reliable fixes
Integrate server-side logic with front-end components to deliver seamless user experiences
Mentor and guide team members to improve technical quality and overall productivity

Eligibility & Experience:

Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
Overall experience of 5+ years in software development
Work location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Technical Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience with server-side development using Node.js frameworks
Experience in developing and maintaining server-side network components
Ability to ensure optimal database performance and responsiveness to front-end requests
Strong proficiency in React.js and the JavaScript ecosystem
Solid understanding of relational databases such as MySQL; exposure to NoSQL databases is an advantage
Good understanding of HTTP protocols, REST APIs, and JSON
Proficiency in HTML and CSS
Experience with version control systems such as Git or Subversion
Ability to document technical processes, database schemas, and prepare technical reports

Good-to-Have:

Prior experience in building CRM-based technology solutions
