Requirements- DSA (P0): Excellent problem-solving and strong command of DSA, HLD & LLD.
- Full Stack: Strong expertise in Node.js / Python / Go, React.js / Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Scalable Systems: Experience with distributed systems, Redis, Kafka, microservices, and cloud platforms.
- Engineering Leadership: Proven experience with architecture, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Design and build scalable, mission-critical backend and full-stack systems.
- Drive performance, reliability, and fault tolerance.
- Lead technical design reviews and mentor engineers.
- Set and maintain high engineering standards.
