Experience: 4–7 Years

• DSA (P0): Strong DSA, problem-solving, HLD & LLD skills are mandatory.
• MERN Stack: Deep expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• TypeScript: Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript.
• Scalable Systems: Experience with Redis, Kafka, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud platforms.
• Engineering Excellence: Strong experience in architecture, code reviews, performance optimization, and technical decision-making.

• Build and architect scalable MERN-based applications and services.
• Design high-performance and fault-tolerant systems.
• Lead technical design and code reviews.
• Mentor engineers and maintain high engineering standards.
