Software Engineer

The EHS Management System Implementation Consultant will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, and deployment of Cority EMS Enviance Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) solutions. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design system specifications, configure solutions, manage integrations and data migration, and support go-live and post-deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as part of implementation teams across the full lifecycle of Cority EMS Enviance configuration and deployment
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand, refine, and document requirements into design and technical specifications
• Configure and deploy Cority EMS modules aligned to EHSS best practices
• Provide strategic guidance on system design, configuration standards, and optimization
• Lead or support activities across system integration, testing, data migration, training, go-live, and post-production support
• Draft and maintain detailed project documentation, including:
• System & design specifications
• Quality assurance and testing templates
• Training materials and user guides
• Configure commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) EHSS software (Cority EMSEnviance)
• Analyze and migrate legacy data; develop custom reports, dashboards, and automated interfaces
• Support system enhancements, maintenance, and continuous improvements to meet evolving business needs

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience working with and configuring EHSS software solutions, with strong hands-on expertise in Cority EMSEnviance
• Functional experience across one or more EHSS domains, including:
• Environmental Health & Safety
• Air emissions
• Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions
• Sustainability and compliance reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have

• Experience with Power BI and PowerApps
• Prior client-facing or consulting experience in EHSS implementations
