Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously monitor and improve application performance and user experience.
  
  

Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards

Design optimized data models (star/snowflake schema)

Create DAX measures and perform data transformations (Power Query)

Integrate data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, APIs)

Ensure data accuracy and optimize report performance

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and deliver requirements

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• Experience in data modeling, report creation, and dashboard development using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Ability to integrate Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) with various data sources and platforms.
• Familiarity with data transformation and cleansing techniques to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business intelligence applications.
  
  

Strong experience in Power BI (Desktop & Service)

Good understanding of data modelling concepts

Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and SQL

Knowledge of ETL and data visualization best practices

Good to have knowledge- SAP HANA

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
