We are seeking highly skilled engineers to join our team at Lloyds Technology Centre. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in telephony platforms and Java development, with experience in both primary and secondary skills as outlined below.
Primary Skills:
IVR, Avaya, Nuance Developer profiles
- Proficiency in Nuance Application Studio (NAS) and NDF, Nuance speech suite and sip knowledge (Session Initiation protocol)
- Experience with telephony platforms such as Avaya and Genesys, VXML, Cyara Testing
- Core Java 8 and above.
- Knowledge of Liberty WebSphere
Secondary Skills:
- Familiarity with Google CCAI and Nuance Mix
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot for AI-driven dialogue and dynamic call flows
Experience Requirements:
- Senior Engineers (10+ years):Minimum 3-5 years of experience in telephony platforms
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain telephony applications using the specified technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
