We are seeking a Java Full Stack React Software Engineer to build modern, user-friendly web solutions across both the React-based interface and Java-powered server side. You will partner with multidisciplinary teams to create robust, scalable products and uphold strong engineering practices throughout delivery
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain adaptable web products by combining React on the client side with Java services on the server side
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering colleagues to turn business needs into clear technical implementation plans
- Build REST APIs and connect external platforms or services to expand product capabilities
- Improve system performance and capacity to provide fast, reliable experiences for users
- Evaluate pull requests and share actionable guidance that supports clean, consistent, and maintainable code
- Investigate technical defects, diagnose root causes, and deliver effective fixes within appropriate timeframes
- Explore new tools, frameworks, and market developments to strengthen engineering workflows and development standards
Requirements
- Between 4 and 5.5 years of hands-on experience delivering full-stack applications, primarily with Java and React
- Ability to develop browser-based interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Practical knowledge of React.js libraries and tools, including solutions such as Redux and React Router
- Solid server-side programming expertise in Java, with exposure to platforms like Spring Boot or Java EE
- Experience working with relational or non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, including the ability to create performant SQL statements
- Working knowledge of source code management tools like Git and delivery approaches based on Agile principles
- A collaborative mindset paired with strong analytical abilities for solving complex technical challenges
- Clear verbal and written communication skills for explaining technical topics to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge
