A high-growth marketplace startup is searching for a Software Engineer to join their distributed engineering team. You'll be building and scaling core systems that power a global B2B platform, tackling complex data problems, and making sure everything runs smoothly at scale. Think massive datasets, performance optimisation, and systems that need to work flawlessly worldwide.

Location

Remote India, Pakistan

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship new product features
• Optimise performance across large-scale data workflows
• Keep systems stable, reliable, and production-ready
• Collaborate with teams across product, ops, and engineering

Ideal Candidate

• 36 years experience in software development
• Strong with Node.js and SQL (bonus if you've played with NoSQL too)
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of Kafka or similar messaging systems
• Analytical problem-solver with a team-first attitude
