Internship Overview

We are seeking aC++/Python Software Engineer Internto assist in the development and optimization of ourGoTradeplatform. This is apaid internshipthat provides hands-on experience inhigh-performance financial applications, real-time data processing, and software development. The intern will work closely with experienced engineers and contribute to real-world projects. The position reports directly to theHead of Engineeringand is based in theUnited States (remote applicants will also be considered).

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize theGoTradesolution usingC++ and Python (Django).
• Assist in the implementation and improvement of ourservice architecture, includingreal-time data processing, visualization, and trading algorithms.
• Collaborate with team members across different technologies and frameworks to integrate front-end and back-end components.
• Support testing, debugging, and performance enhancements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C++ and Pythonwith an interest inhigh-performance application development.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such asHTML, JavaScript, CSS.
• Knowledge ofdatabase systems(preferablyPostgres) andreal-time application technologies(WebSocket, Redis, ZMQ).
• Interest incloud computing solutions(AWS, Azure) andcontainerization technologies(Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
