How You'll Contribute

  • Lead end-to-end partner and client integrations, including API documentation, environment setup, credential management, sandbox/UAT testing, and production go-live.
  • Work closely with external partners to enable seamless integration with platform APIs and services.
  • Build and maintain integration specifications, including field mappings, JSON transformations, validations (regex/JQ), and configuration logic.
  • Support partners and internal teams with API testing, debugging, and troubleshooting across sandbox, staging, and production environments.
  • Develop technical documentation, including API specifications, configuration documents, and integration workflow diagrams.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration delivery.
  • Identify integration bottlenecks and drive improvements to integration frameworks, tools, and processes.
  • Contribute minor enhancements or utilities to support integration workflows when required.

Who You Are

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field (B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech).
  • 24 years of experience in API integrations, solution engineering, technical implementation, or SaaS onboarding roles.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP protocols, and JSON data structures.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or similar tools.
  • Working knowledge of SQL databases (preferably PostgreSQL) for debugging and data validation.
  • Experience creating integration mappings, data transformations, and validation logic (regex/JQ).
  • Familiarity with technical documentation, API specifications, and workflow diagrams.
  • Basic understanding of backend services, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot integration issues across environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
  • Exposure to fintech or lending integrations is a plus.

Job Type

  • 6-month contract role with the potential for full-time conversion based on performance and business requirements.
