About Role :
We are looking for a detail-oriented SDET Engineer (24 years) with strong hands-on experience in Manual, API, and Database testing. The ideal candidate should be comfortable validating end-to-end application workflows, testing REST APIs using Postman, and writing SQL queries for backend verification. Location : Gurugram (WFO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure functionality and user experience meet requirements.
- Design, execute, and maintain API test cases using Postman (including automation of API collections).
- Write and execute SQL queries to validate database integrity and backend data flow.
- Prepare test plans, test cases, and ensure maximum feature coverage.
- Log, track, and manage defects through closure.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to identify issues early in the SDLC.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 24 years of experience in QA with strong hands-on exposure to Manual, API, and Database testing.
- Proficiency in Postman for API validation and testing RESTful services.
- Strong SQL skills for backend/database validation (MySQL/PostgreSQL or similar).
- Experience testing web and/or mobile applications.
- Good understanding of QA processes and testing best practices.
