How will you make an impact in this role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pega Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 4-8 years of hands-on experience in Pega development, with a strong understanding of PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) and its various components.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Pega solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business process requirements.
Customize and configure Pega applications based on project needs.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications.
Stay updated on the latest Pega technologies and incorporate them into projects when applicable.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
4-6 years of hands-on experience in Pega development.
Pega Certification (CSSA or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of PRPC and its various components.
Proficient in designing and implementing workflows, user interfaces, and integration points.
Experience in debugging and performance tuning of Pega applications.
Must have one of the core programming skills Java or Javascript
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
