How will you make an impact in this role
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum Qualifications
Programming Languages
Proficiency in Python (required).
Familiarity with C++, Java, or Go is a plus.
Machine Learning & Deep Learning
Solid understanding of ML fundamentals (supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, etc.).
Experience with deep learning frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or Hugging Face Transformers.
Generative AI Expertise
Experience training or fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral) or diffusion models (e.g., Stable Diffusion, DALL.E).
Knowledge of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vector databases (like FAISS, Pinecone, or Milvus).
Data Handling
Proficiency in data preprocessing, tokenization, and feature engineering for large-scale text or image data.
Familiarity with data pipelines and frameworks like Apache Airflow or Kubeflow.
MLOps / Infrastructure
Understanding of model deployment, monitoring, and scaling in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and API deployment using FastAPI or Flask.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to evaluate model performance using metrics (e.g., BLEU, ROUGE, perplexity).
Knowledge of fine-tuning techniques, transfer learning, and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
Research-oriented mindset to explore new architectures and optimization methods.
