We are looking for an innovative Agentic AI Architect to join our New Delhi office and lead the design and deployment of next-generation AI agents.

Role Overview:

As an Agentic AI Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing autonomous AI systems using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, and OpenAI APIs. You will work closely with engineering, research, and product teams to create scalable AI agents that can perform multi-step reasoning, decision-making, and task automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop agentic AI systems leveraging LangChain, CrewAI, and OpenAI technologies.
• Design autonomous AI workflows capable of performing complex multi-step tasks.
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI-driven solutions for real-world problems.
• Evaluate AI agent performance, optimize reasoning strategies, and ensure reliability and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research, tools, and best practices in agentic systems.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to other AI engineers and developers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Strong experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and other agentic AI frameworks like CrewAI.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML development workflows.
• Understanding of natural language processing, autonomous agent design, and multi-agent systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable AI architectures.
