About Role
As a Software Engineer II, you'll play a critical role in:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to deeply understand business processes and identify key automation opportunities.
- Designing, developing, and implementing robust Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere 360.
- Partnering closely with the Scrum Master and Product Owners to lead day-to-day software development efforts.
- Ensuring adherence to established software development processes and best practices.
- Effectively communicating project status and technical details to management, business owners, and other stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for RPA solutions, including Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), test plans, and user guides.
- Developing RPA solutions to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
Experience and Skills
- Proven experience with Robotic Process Automation (Automation Anywhere 360).
- Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to exercise mature judgment in challenging situations.
- A keen interest and ability to work with new and emerging technologies, enabling you to present Proof of Concepts (POCs) as required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Desirable or Additional Capabilities
- Knowledge in statistics and machine learning is highly beneficial, demonstrating a strong developed mentality with a focus on measuring and metrics.
- General knowledge of Corporate Finance functions.
- Advanced SQL experience is preferred.
