Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle FLEXCUBE professional to support development, customization, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking solutions. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality banking solutions that meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into FLEXCUBE configurations, customizations, and enhancements.
- Develop, test, and deploy FLEXCUBE customizations (Java, PL/SQL, APIs, OFSAA integrations, etc.).
- Configure FLEXCUBE modules (Retail, Corporate, Trade Finance, Payments, Treasury, Lending, etc.).
- Perform gap analysis and prepare functional/technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in FLEXCUBE.
- Work with Oracle support for patching, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Roles:
- Strong experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking (FCUBS) and its modules.
- Knowledge of FLEXCUBE APIs, OBPM, and OFSAA is an advantage.
- Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Java, WebLogic, XML, and SOAP/REST web services.
- Experience in customization using FLEXCUBE toolkit (OFSAAI, FCUBS APIs, FCUBS Extensibility Framework).
- Familiarity with database design, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Functional Roles:
- Strong understanding of banking processes (retail, corporate, lending, payments, trade finance).
- Hands-on experience in FLEXCUBE configuration and parameterization.
- Exposure to end-to-end implementation cycles.
Preferred
- Experience in FLEXCUBE migration or upgrade projects.
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements (Basel III, IFRS, FATCA).
- Exposure to cloud-based deployment of FLEXCUBE.
