Appian Developer:
Location: Bangalore (near Manyata Techpark) only.
Working from office premises of minimum 3 days in a week.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Appian-based BPM solutions on AWS public cloud (version 22+) to optimize business processes.
- Ensure seamless integration of Appian with external systems such as ServiceNow and other third-party sources, adhering to integration best practices.
- Manage full-stack development within Appian, including frontend, backend, and data modeling, ensuring efficient and secure data handling within the Appian ecosystem.
- Leverage Appian's built-in AI features to enhance automation, decision-making, and process efficiencies.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Apply performance tuning techniques to ensure optimal performance of Appian applications within the AWS environment.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for the developed solutions, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Perform code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and provide guidance on best practices, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Deep understanding of Appian architecture, data modeling, SAIL, process models, and integration with external systems.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, including the deployment of Appian applications in the cloud and performance optimization.
- Expertise in performance tuning, cloud-native best practices, and scalable solutions within Appian on AWS.
- Familiarity with Appian AI capabilities and how they can be integrated into workflows and decision management.
- Proficient in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs (REST, SOAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on optimizing processes and workflows.
