Job Description

  • 5+ years of strong development experience in ServiceNow
  • Proficient with script objects, APIs, and different methods of authentication.
  • Strong understanding of MID servers (installation, management and troubleshooting)
  • Proven expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
  • Expertise in integrations.
  • Experience in Gen AI/ Agentic AI.
  • Optional experience with Boomi
  • Must be ServiceNow CSA certified.
