Software Engineer

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations using Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Integration Hub, and Update Sets

Apply deep CMDB knowledge (CI classes, relationships, discovery, identification & reconciliation, data governance) to integration design and implementation

Troubleshoot and resolve customer integration issues in production environments

Work closely with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Contribute to testing, documentation, and agile delivery

Support expansion into new integrations (e.g., Jira Service Management, BMC, Salesforce)

Must‑Have Skills

• Strong hands‑on ServiceNow development experience
• Deep understanding of CMDB internals and enterprise‑scale data ingestion
• Proven experience with ServiceNow scripting and REST‑based integrations
• Ability to work with real‑world, multi‑source enterprise CMDBs

Nice‑to‑Have

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS‑ITOM)
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITAM, Discovery, and ITIL
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth, data mapping, and modern integration patterns
• Exposure to non‑ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Python, etc.)
