Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

Integration Development & Support

. Design, develop, and maintain HCM Data Integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and enterprise systems (Payroll, Finance, MDM, Data Warehouse, Time & Attendance).

. Build and support real-time and batch integrations using ATOM Feeds / REST / SOAP APIs, file-based integrations (HDL, HCM Extracts), and messaging patterns.

. Implement integrations using tools such as Informatica Cloud (IICS) or equivalent middleware platforms.

. Handle inbound and outbound data flows, including Worker, Assignment, Payroll, and Benefits data.

Data Management & Governance

. Ensure data quality, validation, reconciliation, and error handling across integrations.

. Support MDM and reference data synchronization related to HR domains

. . Implement security standards including data masking, encryption, and role-based access.

Operations & Optimization

. Monitor integration jobs, troubleshoot failures, and perform root cause analysis.

. Optimize performance and reliability of existing integrations.

. Support production releases, enhancements, and incident management

Collaboration & Documentation

. Work closely with HR functional teams, Payroll, and downstream consumers.

. Create and maintain technical design documents, data mappings, and runbooks.

. Participate in architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives

RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Skills

. Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations (Worker API, ATOM Feeds, HDL, HCM Extracts and BIP Report).

. Good Understanding the of Integrations Tools like Informatica IICS / MuleSoft / similar integration tools.

. Solid understanding of REST & SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and flat file formats.

. Experience with scheduling, orchestration, and monitoring of integration jobs.

. Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).

Functional Knowledge

. Very Good understanding of HCM domains: Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits.

. Knowledge of HR data lifecycle and payroll cut-off dependencies.

Soft Skills

. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

Good to Have

. Experience with MDM SaaS / HR Master Data Management.

. Exposure to cloud security, OAuth, and API gateways.

. Experience in large enterprise or global HR environments.

. Unix and shell Scripting Knowledge

. GCP Concepts and Usage.

. Informatica (IICS and ICRT)

Education

. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
