We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer(Java,Angular,AWS) for an Information Technology company to manage and guide technical teams while ensuring successful project delivery within an Agile environment. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional POD teams to deliver high-quality solutions and maintain strong technical standards, serving as the primary technical mentor and ensuring alignment between architectural direction and practical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership

Provide hands-on technical direction during feature development and implementation

Ensure compliance with coding standards, architectural guidelines, and established best practices

2. POD-Based Execution

Lead Agile POD teams and maintain smooth coordination among product, engineering, and QA functions

Define tasks, assign ownership, and oversee progress to ensure timely delivery

Act as the Directly Responsible Individual for all technical deliverables within the POD

3. Solution Design and Implementation

Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Owners to design scalable, maintainable solutions

Convert high-level architectural plans into actionable tasks for the team

4. Team Collaboration and Mentorship

Build a collaborative and accountable team culture focused on continuous learning

Mentor junior engineers and provide training to enhance technical expertise

5. Execution and Delivery

Oversee the complete development lifecycle including planning, coding, testing, and deployment

Identify and resolve technical challenges to maintain seamless delivery

6. Continuous Improvement

Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend improvements

Lead initiatives that support automation and improve system reliability

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer in an Agile environment

Strong command of Java, Angular, and Python

Solid knowledge of MongoDB, SQL, and other NoSQL databases

Hands-on experience with AWS

Good understanding of Agile practices and POD-based execution

Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable solutions
