Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Model Based Development (MBD) Engineer with 4–8 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in model-based development, embedded systems, and automotive software development practices.

Experience

  • 4–8 years of relevant experience in Model Based Development (MBD) and automotive embedded systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and design control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink
  • Perform model-based design, simulation, and validation activities
  • Generate and execute test cases for software verification and validation
  • Develop and maintain embedded software using C programming
  • Work on AUTOSAR-based software architecture and integration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and implementation
  • Participate in debugging, testing, and performance optimization activities
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Simulink tools
  • Hands-on experience in MATLAB coding and model design
  • Experience in test case generation
  • Good knowledge of C programming
  • Understanding of AUTOSAR architecture and development
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in automotive embedded systems is an added advantage
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and coding standards
