Must-Have Skills

• Firmware & Embedded Programming – nrf52832 or similar boards
• Wireless Mesh Networking – our embedded devices work on BLE Mesh.
• Gateway & Services (Python) -
• Networking & Communication
• Power Management – This can be optional if a profile is very strong on other areas
• Operating Systems – Primarily Linux for day-to-day use. If someone is willing to learn and adapt on a shorter timeframe
• Problem Solving & Quality
• Communication & Collaboration

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with RTOS (FreeRTOS or Zephyr) on embedded targets

• Familiarity with BLE Mesh (Bluetooth Mesh specification)

• Knowledge of care alarm / medical device industry standards

• Azure IoT Hub or similar cloud IoT platform experience

• Experience with Climax Technology devices or similar alarm hardware
