About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer based in India who can start immediately and hit the ground running across backend development, database engineering, and Azure cloud infrastructure.

You should be strong in:

• C# / .NET
• SQL development
• API design & architecture
• Azure DevOps & cloud workflows

You will own features end-to-end, work with distributed systems, and write clean, scalable, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using C#
• Implement data models, stored procedures, and database logic
• Configure and manage Azure resources (VMs, App Services, Storage, Networking)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability
• Write clean, modular, well-tested code
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features
• Follow secure coding practices and compliance standards

Skills and Experience

Technical:

• 36 years of C# / .NET backend experience

Strong knowledge of:

OOP

Data structures & algorithms

Multithreading & concurrency

• Expert experience with SQL Server (or equivalent)

Stored procedures, triggers, indexing, performance tuning

• Proven experience with building and consuming REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with Azure:

Azure DevOps

Pipelines (build, release)

Virtual Machines

App Services

Storage Accounts

• Practical experience with CI/CD, automation, monitoring
• Strong understanding of SOLID and clean architecture

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ownership mindset, ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with Python
• Knowledge of Unity 3D or game engines
• Experience with 3D graphics, real-time engines, or simulation
• Understanding of distributed caching & messaging systems
• Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes
