Your Impact
In this role, you will help build scalable applications, work with diverse data, support model and AI Agent development, ensure high data quality and integrity, and collaborate with teams to deliver valuable business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with product owners and other team members to align solution designs with the project objective and architectural principles.
- Review internal and external business and product requirements and develop the product.
- Create documents, diagrams, and presentations to communicate solution designs and strategies to both technical and non-technical team members.
- Create and establish design standards and assurance processes for software, systems and applications development.
- End-to-end implementation and delivery of solutions, ensuring they meet the high standards of quality and performance.
- Leverage data to enhance customer and partner experiences, generate omnichannel demand, enrich contact data, and enable AI-driven insights and automation.
- Leveraging AI copilots to automate data validation and enrichment tasks.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of backend development experience (Java, Python)
- AI/ML data requirements and an AI-first mindset
- Prompt engineering for LLMs
- Experience with LLM APIs: OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain
- API development (REST, FAST, GraphQL)
- Databases: Postgres, DynamoDB, MongoDB, Snowflake
- Experience with AWS, cloud technologies, and Kubernetes
- Familiar with Git, Maven, CI/CD, Jenkins, Helm Charts
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with network technologies
- A perpetual learner with a growth mindset
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and work cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with supporting AI and machine learning data requirements (AI-first mindset).
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Fluent in English.
