Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Engineer based in New Delhi. The Software Engineer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining back-end systems and applications. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing high-quality code using programming best practices, optimizing system performance, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role demands technical proficiency and teamwork to support innovative solutions for the waste management industry.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science principles
• Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development using Java
• Proficiency in Programming and ability to work with various programming languages
• Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and practices
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies or tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with AI or data-driven applications is a plus
