We are seeking hands-on Tech Personnel who is amaster in both frontend and backend development. You will be anindividual contributor driving high-impact projects end-to-end, while laying the groundwork for our future tech team. Experience infast-paced startup environments will be highly valued. You will be thetechnical backbone of Vutto's digital infrastructure-building, scaling, and maintaining systems that power our daily operations and customer experience. Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design and delivery of complex full-stack features.
- Drive architectural decisions with scalability, performance, and reliability in mind.
- Review designs and code, ensuring best practices and high-quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a long-term mindset.
- Build responsive, high-quality user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
- Design and implement robust backend services and APIs.
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and optimise data access patterns.
- Integrate third-party services and internal platforms.
- Mentor SDE 1 engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Partner with Product Managers and Designers to shape requirements.
- Influence technical roadmaps and engineering processes.
Requirements
Frontend:
- Strong experience with React / Angular / Vue.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Understanding of performance optimisation, accessibility, and UI architecture.
Backend
- Strong backend experience in Java, Python, Node.js, or Go.
- API design (REST/GraphQL) and microservices architecture.
- Experience with authentication, authorisation, and security best practices.
Data And Infrastructure
- SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc. )
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and basic DevOps practices.
