Software Engineer-Backend (Symphony)

Key deliverables:

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust web-based applications with a focus on large-scale distributed systems
2. Perform high-level design, incremental architecture changes, and performance tuning to optimize system efficiency
3. Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate feature requirements into technical solutions
4. Mentor junior engineers and drive medium-sized project execution with predictable delivery timelines

Role responsibilities:

1. Write clean, maintainable, and unit-tested code following object-oriented principles and design patterns
2. Apply test-driven development practices and ensure code quality through rigorous testing
3. Analyze and solve complex real-world problems related to business flows and large data processing
4. Communicate effectively within the team, provide constructive feedback, and document technical designs and standards
