• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in:
• Flow Designer
• ACLs
• Business Rules
• APIs
• Update Sets
• Import Sets & Transform Maps
• ATF
• Clones & Upgrades
• Experience in enterprise ServiceNow implementations.

2. ServiceNow Integrations (Mandatory)

• End-to-end integration experience between ServiceNow and external applications.
• Strong knowledge of:
• REST APIs
• MID Server
• CMDB
• Discovery
• Asset Management
• Should have independently developed and supported integrations.

3. Custom Application Development

• Experience building Scoped Applications / Custom Applications on ServiceNow.
• Examples:
• Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Access Management
• Enterprise workflow applications
• Internal business automation solutions
• Experience using ServiceNow SDK and VS Code development is highly preferred.

4. Full SDLC Ownership

• Requirement gathering with business stakeholders.
• Solution design.
• Development.
• Testing (including ATF).
• Deployment and production support.
• Documentation and governance.

5. AI-Assisted Development

• Experience leveraging:
• ServiceNow Now Assist
• ServiceNow SDK
• AI Agents
• Devin
• Claude
• GitHub Copilot
• Similar GenAI tools
• Ability to use prompting and AI-assisted coding to improve productivity.

Good to Have

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Financial Services domain experience.
• ServiceNow certifications.
• Exposure to platform upgrades and metadata transformations.
