Summary:

As a Python lead you design, build, and deploy AI Agents & workflow integration that can reason, plan, and execute complex workflows with minimal human intervention.

This role sits at the intersection of developing agents workflows with Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Crew AI, AutoGen and Implement patterns such as planning & delegation and Tool orchestration.

You will build production-grade AI agents that integrate with enterprise systems, use tools dynamically, and operate across multi-step workflows to deliver real business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work with generative AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and autonomous agents
• Design and develop AI agents that can reason, plan, and execute multi-step tasks autonomously
• Implement agent capabilities such as, Tool calling, Memory management and multi-agent collaboration
• Apply software engineering best practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
• Incorporate ethical AI principles, bias mitigation strategies, and security best practices into the design and deployment of autonomous systems.
• Build REST APIs and microservices for AI-driven platforms for workflow integrations with Agentic AI solutions
• Incorporate ethical AI principles, bias mitigation strategies, and security best practices into the design and deployment of autonomous systems.
• Lead AI projects through all phases: requirements gathering, architecture design, implementation, and performance optimization.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Python, AI Agents & Workflow Integration, AI & LLM Foundations- Understanding large language models (LLMs) and multimodal models, Prompt engineering and structured prompting, Hands on experience with AWS KIRO, Spec Driven Development, Knowledge of fine-tuning, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Agentic Orchestration- Frameworks like Lang Chain, Crew AI, Semantic Kernel, Lang graph, multi-agent coordination strategies (collaboration, delegation, planning, negotiation and Workflow orchestration (DAGs, state machines, planners)
• Tool Integration- API design and integration for agent tooling, Connecting agents with databases, APIs, and enterprise systems and Knowledge of vector databases (cloud or on prem)
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration, strong foundational knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Data Science, or a related field.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15-year full time education is required.
