Job Description
We are looking for a
Salesforce Certified Application Specialist to handle development and support for
customized solutions built on Salesforce technologies. This role involves troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with integration teams, and ensuring smooth operations across Salesforce and connected systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Salesforce, integration technologies, and modern development frameworks, along with experience in cloud hosting and DevOps practices.
What will your job look like
Key Responsibilities
- Development and support for customized solutions on Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with Salesforce and other system teams for end-to-end integration support.
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues within SLA.
- Execute configuration changes, data updates, and minor enhancements as per service requests.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and support knowledge base for recurring issues.
- Participate in release management, deployments, and environment refresh activities.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request Management)
All you need is...
- Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computer Science or equivalent
- 3+ years Java experience (server side) on Linux/Unix/Windows
- Demonstrable experience with the Spring framework components - Spring Boot, MVC, Integration, Security, etc.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and open systems
