Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications
- Integrate modern AI tools, APIs, and frameworks into products and workflows
- Design and build AI agents (multi-step workflows, autonomous systems, tool-using agents)
- Stay up to date with the latest AI trends (LLMs, agents, automation tools, etc.) and proactively suggest improvements
- Rapidly prototype and experiment with new technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features
- Build with responsibility — ensuring ethical, thoughtful use of AI in products
- Optimize performance, reliability, and user experience
What we're looking for
- Strong experience in software development (any modern stack: JavaScript, Python, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools
- LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- AI copilots / code assistants
- Automation tools and AI workflows
- Experience or strong interest in building AI agents (Openclaw, Claude skills, codex, LangChain agents, AutoGPT-style systems, tool calling, workflows, etc.)
- A genuine passion for AI and emerging technologies
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to learn quickly
- Experience building or experimenting with AI-driven projects (personal or professional)
- A strong sense of ownership, integrity, and accountability
- Someone who has clarity of goals and a vision for their career and impact
- Familiarity with concepts like prompt engineering, RAG, agents, or fine-tuning is a plus
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience designing production-ready AI agents or autonomous systems
- Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
- Knowledge of vector databases and embeddings
- Contributions to open-source or personal AI projects
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience
