Must-Have Skills & Experience
Experience Level: 47 Years
Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field
Programming:
Strong Python development skills (including data processing libraries)
AI/ML:
Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks
Strong foundation in Classical Machine Learning
Data & Backend:
Proficiency in SQL
Strong experience with Data Modeling
Experience with Microservices & REST APIs
Cloud:
Hands-on experience with Azure and/or GCP
Engineering Practices:
Solid understanding of clean code principles
Experience with test automation frameworks (pytest)
Strong knowledge of Git-based development, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines
Problem Solving:
Strong debugging and analytical skills, especially in complex data and integration scenarios
Communication:
Ability to work independently and take ownership end-to-end
Comfortable engaging with non-technical stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication in English

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Python applications
Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following coding standards
Lead architecture discussions and framework selection
Ensure seamless integration between frontend components and backend services
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Implement unit and integration tests, and support CI pipelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product
