What are we looking for:
- Software Engineer - AI/ML with prior experience using and training Transformer or similar models
- Python and/or Go lang experience
- Jupyter Notebooks experience
- Experience in fine-tuning open source LLM models
- Experience with Prompt Engineering
- Experience in curating data for training LLM models
- Experience in building validations for LLM models
- Experience in communicating clearly both orally and verbally.
- Experience building REST APIs in Python and/or Go
What you'll Be Doing:
- Fine-tuning and validating self-hosted LLM models
- Prompt engineering to get the most out of a GenAI models
- Building data pipelines
- Integrating LLMs with existing products
- Operationalizing LLMs on the cloud
- Building toolsets and workflows in Python and/or Go
- Contribute in the team to ship product features from planning to launch to maintenance with ownership
- Collaborate with other engineers to find elegant architectures and solutions
- Able to make effective trade-offs in regards to both engineering and product requirements, while balancing short term and long term needs
