- Work on our core products and services or those that support critical functions of
our engineering operations. Deliver solutions that solve complex problems for
customers.
- Learn and apply carefully defined practices around engineering and operational
excellence to design, implement, and operate software systems at scale
- Build eRective working relationships with team members and contribute in a
meaningful way.
- Learn innovation methods like Design 4 Delight and Lean Start-In to come up with
innovative solutions for our most complex problems
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Integrated Dual degree in computer science or a related technical field
- Solid understanding of Agile development, software fundamentals, object-oriented
design, and programming languages
- Extensive programming experience with one or more of the following: C#, Java, C++,
Python
- Knowledge of front-end web design and languages (D/HTML, JavaScript, XML, Flex,
CSS)
- Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities and technologies in a fast-
paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity or the ability to learn current trends and best practices in technology
