The Role
EM will be responsible for leading a team of application and Front-end and Back-end engineers to drive innovation in full-stack product development. The role will expect you to relentlessly improve performance & scalability. Should have the Knack to proactively learn about the system & fuel innovation. You are the one if you take pride in your work, love working with a compact team, and are committed to the product vision and producing high-quality code together with your team. You are expected to be Technically Hands-on, with prior experience in scalable Architecture, and good at inspiring your team to achieve their best. You are the one if you believe that you can make the World better by solving real World Problems. Strong problem solving skills and working closely with other stakeholders like the Product Manager would help in a big way to succeed in this role.
Skills
5+ years of experience in developing products with a strong and handson Backend Engineering experience. At least 2 years of experience in leading a team of 4-15 or more software engineers. Should have a good understanding of Front end and should also be able to guide the front end team In this role.
