Software Development Specialist

The Scrum Master is responsible for guiding and supporting Scrum teams to deliver highvalue products through effective adoption of Agile and Scrum practices. The role acts as a servant leader, enabling selforganizing, crossfunctional teams and fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives coaching team members on Agile principles and removing impediments that impact team productivity. The Scrum Master works closely with Product Owners to ensure a wellrefined and prioritized backlog and supports stakeholders in aligning expectations with delivery capacity. The role also monitors team progress, risks, and dependencies, promotes quality and adherence to Definition of Done, and drives ongoing improvement of processes within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
