Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
• Builds thorough understanding of client's business, technology and process needs
• Identification of GAPs and enhancing the development procedures as per client / product requirements
• Create a flexible technical design that is scalable and reusable
• Creation of Technical specification based on Business requirements
• Development of re-usable reconciliation procedures
• Promote teamwork and culture of accountability
• Co-Ordinate with onshore and offshore resources and guide team members as required
• Identifies opportunities for process and procedure enhancements to drive efficiency and customer service levels
Basic, Required Qualifications:
• Minimum three years of experience in Life Insurance domain
• Minimum three years of experience in programming and debugging using COBOL, JCL, VSAM and CICS technologies
Other Desired Qualifications:
• LOMA Certification is preferred
• Experience in SDLC lifecycle in waterfall and agile methodologies
• Experience in translating Business requirements and Gaps into Technical specifications
• Education Qualification - Graduates with Min. of 12+4 Campus Education (BE / M.Sc / MCA)
